I think if you are looking for something miserable I'll recommend missing love

that one does break my heart, but I meant to ask for a story where intercourse is forced by external circumstances and they are both reluctantly having sex.

it's tough to nail because I can think of tropes that apply but I've never read something as "realistic" as this manhwa

That's a whole other level of miserable- it's downright tragic

I really like that story, it's very realistic ^^ but it's still missing that almost supernatural aspect I was looking for where it's the scenario not the characters that forces sexual intimacy
