So in this world there are four blood types a b o and ab From what I understood the ab blood type don't live long and the rest are kinda the same as the alpha beta omega that we know with a twist that the beta race is looked down upon So they have a deadly virus that's not really a virus like it didn't seem contagious it's more like cancer of an unknown sickness that alphas and omegas are completely immune to but there's a 10% chance a beta could get sick with it. The mpreg is really confusing because the male betas are able to get pregnant and also omegas but i think they get pregnant in different ways??? I didn't understand the anatomy chapter but idk So in a sense the betas in this world feel more like omegas in other worlds in the sense that they are heavily discriminated against and they have a weaker constitution and get pregnant but they also make most of the population so honestly I'm still confused I don't know the logic but maybe it was because of the translations
