They don't have sex. Ml wakes up in wolf form and is desperate searching for the puppy, he believes that the puppy left him bc mc is very pack/family oriented and he just saw the ml attack his "family", he also believes that physically hurted the puppy (what obviously didn't happened).
He keeps howling and hitting the glass crying for the puppy until he hears puppy's bark, they crying together and have the SWEETEST moment.
Also, the puppy confess that he beaten the shit out of the blonde wolf to the point that the fucker ended up in the ICU (I'm still mad with that simples punches last chapter)

Also I'm a little bit annoyed with the adaptation (even tho I love this very much), they kinda tone down the puppy ? He is a small dog but he IS a fight dog, there is a whole thing about the puppy being a natural and way more suitable for the watcher job
