Twink omegas are the norm because that's what the world setup dictates; omegas are basically super pretty, fragile girly accesoires to look pretty. That's about it.
It depends on the artists tho, the norm is them just looking like a typical bi-shounen. Artstyle dictates alot, you basically need to learn to 'convert' an artstyle to what you know a typical man looks like (use the betas or average good looking alpha for this) then compare them to the omega and convert that accordingly. XD
