I don't know who started that weird rumor that they are twins, but that's impossible. Cecil is even younger than Spence, and both at that point of the story are not even born, while Pete is running around and talking.lol
The only Miller twins that so far exists are Grayson and Stacy.

No, I don't know where it came from, but a lot of readers on mangago think that Pete and Cecil are twins, which is impossible.
Of which father? Chase's personality was influenced by growing in a dominant family with too many siblings who presented too early. And so far non of their children manifested as dominant/extreme, and since Josh is a normal omega they can turn out just as normal alpha, omega, beta.
Their looks, yes, Pete looks like Josh and Cecil more like a Miller.
I don’t really remember much about kiss me liar but I didn’t mean cecil and pete are twin since it’s clear mc only has one child right now. (Not too sure but) I think I remember mc will have 3 children two son and one daughter. At the party in kiss me liar, it is said the daughter was too young to be at the party so mc only bought his two sons, i think cecil was cross dressing then. Or maybe I misunderstood some part or forgot some?? #－.－)
Ok i just went and checked and i think if my understanding of English is correct cecil and pete are def mc’s sons. You can check ch 11 (from special episodes) just to be sure tho. I wouldn’t want to spread misinformation.
They are Josh and Chase's sons, they have two sons and one daughter. And there are speculations that Josh is pregnant again.
I didn mean to confuse you. It's what the OT wrote confuses me, because I read that several times on mangago and wondering where this misinformation came from.
