I don't know how MC is surviving right now because the dirtiness of everyone except the midwives is killing me. I would have died being human poop right in front of my door. Oh I would have died with a rat in my room. I would have died with them dirty sheets. I just wouldn't be in this world. If I had to live in that time. I would never survived. I'd probably be a body being dissected by now
