I’m pretty sure that’s the dude from chapter 49 (I screamed back to compare lmao), the ”police”/head of law or something similar, he helped the main characters get access to some secret room/documents I think, not 100% sure. I don’t remember much except that he had such friend vibes, I hope this is all a misunderstanding :(

Waiiit a secondd. Unless it's just a disguise, the dude from Ch 49 had darker skin and light blue eyes. This guy has lighter skin and grey eyes. Is it another twin/brother scenario?
I noticed that too but I thought the similarities in hairstyle, haircolor, and eyecolor were to much to be a coincidence. Really hope it could be a disguise/brother since I like the other guy
