Im not sure if it exist in manwha/ga/hua but ill let my reply here if someone knows one like it
The only thing that came to mind is a japanese animated movie called "Wolf Children" by Mamoru Hosoda. It's a really good story, one of my favorites.
That was my favorite movie as a kid, I recently watched it again and wondered if there were other works similar
But im looking for an omegaverse (actually doesnt have to be an omegaverse but something that does involve children) where one of them dies while they were expecting a child (the child is still alive) and the other has to face the hardships of being a single parent while grieving at the same time. I don't really want them to find another partner as a way to fix their broken heart
