Its definitely drawn in a way that makes it look like two cuts, but I'm pretty sure it's just meant to be the blood from Jinwoo's tongue that bled into his mouth when they were kissing. There's no part where I see Guwon get bit. I think the artist was maybe just trying to have it flow down a dip in his tongue or something. Realistically, it'd be more spread out, but sometimes you draw without really thinking of that, or maybe just for style to make the blood clear.
