The plot is:

there's a king, handsome king, wanted to marry his childhood friends(the bottom), if I remember it right, the king childhood friends is one of the military, or he is the commander. I don't know.. when the bottom came back from battlefield. Everything was planned by the king and his friend directly visit, and sleep in palace. the bottom family knows how the king obsessed with him. To the point that he will going to marry him, that's the only reason that's why he choose to be the emperor, to change the law, and so he can marry him.

He is obsessed with him since they were kids, and he also promise to him(top) that he will marry him, when they grow up. And he(bottom) also like the him(top) secretly.

I stopped reading at chapter, where he(the bottom) run in the palace without wearing anything pants on. It was night I guess..
