If I remember the novel correctly (it’s been a while since I read it) - No.
The male lead was essentially like a third wheel - there was always another guy with them (I think he and Cha Seong-Hyeon were dating? Or maybe he was the manager, I can’t quite remember) but the photos were always taken from an angle that hid the third guy making it look like Cha and the ML were out alone together.
