the bottom is pretty much his stepdad. the bottom took care of the top when he was young but didn't stay long for certain reasons. so the top calls him "dad" but there's no biological connection.
They literally only lived together for barely a few months when the top was a kid, but yk childhood crush and he never forgot about him
