When you continue in the story you'll realize he needs that sense of normalcy and love. He doesnt mind the way he expresses his affection.
It threw me off at the beginning as well (seriously, saw chap. 2 and thought 'ugh this must be a toxic one' :/ ) but he really is fine with it. It becomes a little more balanced with cute/wholesome moments as well.
You get the impression Gjord’s just doing what he used to do 2 years ago. Fiending over that ass.
idk i can’t get past him just swooping in for a kiss every time they meet. it’s like he doesn’t even give sylhann any time to breathe and collect himself. if he really care about sylhann, then he would try to rebuild their relationship even without his memories, not just be all handsy with him at first meet. idk I’m still in the early chapters so I might be wrong on this one but that’s the current vibe I’m getting from him.
Lister on the other hand is a real POS no debate there lol.
