The manga is about the MLs weird and freaky character and the relationship (not necessarily romantic) between the FL and him. He is a freak but the manga is interesting because of it. Currently, it doesn't seem like she even has any romantic feelings towards him, but I wouldn't continue if you're caught up on that detail. It's there to show how cheaply kirishima treats his body in regards to sex but how ultimately he is obsessed with the FL.
I really hope she doesn't end falling for the cheater manwhore GUY . He is disgusting. Also the chapter where he is giving oral sex to his mistress while he talks of the girl he loves IS DISGUSTING!!!!! But we know he os the ML fuck.
