I wish there would be some kind of reincarnation for both cruel and new deon.
What I'm about to say might sound crazy but...
Well I did read some spoilers last year about this... but what I only remember is that they'll all gonna die and reincarnate or something. That's why i wasn't too surprised that cruel died.

They both get reincarnated at the end of the novel,Deon becomes blind due to having to much karma or somth I forgot and cruel became is Guardian angel and I don't remember the rest
I want to believe that cruel is still alive
