Actually there's rings in the rectum the first one is the anus the second one is a tight ring of muscle in the rectum (sigmoid colon) and the third ring is the descending colon (this ring is mostly entered by professionals) , I'm assuming the one he entered was the sigmoid colon.
I barely pass biology class but I know that not how that works unless he was deadass pushing into his intestine
