I know the anime and manga, I'm so sorry if i wasn't being clear enough it is a manhwa though, from what i remember from the first chapter of the story, it involved a car accident where the mc crashed because the highschooler crossed the road to do a suicide (?) And then before he passed out from the crash, he made an eye contact with the highschool student and then passed out. When he woke up, he was in the hospital and is now inside the kid's body
