No you can you just can't be on national team and I don't think it matters atp
In chapter 2 page 14 Ego says "Those who are defeated at Blue Lock will be permanently barred from Japan's national team" because the Blue Lock project is meant to assemble the best strikers/soccer players in Japan to win Japan the world cup title. It doesn't stop anyone from going to another country and playing for them instead.
Ppl saying to take that pro offer and go to Europe but isn't it the rule in blue lock that if you get disqualified you can't play soccer anymore
