i’m not sure if you need to sign up but i recommend doing it so you can get free points regardless, then just look for the official title and there should be an option to purchase the chapters rent/permanent! you can use paypal or card, i personally used paypal :)
it’s an english website! there is a searchbox in the website, you can simply look up the keywords like gangster and it should be somewhere when you scroll down.
there’s also a japanese website and app with the same name for the original japanese version but i don’t use it, i use the english website only!
