Yep! At least the way I understood it, Alyssa's family and the nobles who were present at that time were affected by the spell.
Her best friend was away studying, from what I remember, maybe that's why he wasn't affected by this magic.
I dont understand the part where the antagonist appeared as the black haired kid who died when the childhood friend cried for her death.. so some people are mistaking that white haired for the girl who died? So not everyone is in that spell???
