I love the psychological torture of it. Mc finds out she got cheated on so she stays with the guy to make him feel exactly as she did.
It's not some dumb "girl boss" moment it's genuinely ruining her body and mind but it's so delicious because she is enacting the same (sort of) pain on the guy and her "friends". Completely tooth for tooth, no shit ass "I had cancer and u stole my money for medicine and let your mom hit me AND even chested on me and only after I die will I realize what an idiot pushover I was so I'll get revenge in idiotic ways with the ceo who fell for me for no reason whatsoever cause I don't have that many redeeming qualities"
