haha i read the entire novel too. technically wooyeon is dohyun's first love instead of yoonwoo, but he didn't count it bec wooyeon was too young for him to love (●'◡'●)ﾉ
I think dohyun's previous crush on yoonwoo (omega complex mc) and the relationship he ends up pursuing with wooyeon is a great example of the FIRST love vs first LOVE theory
