from what seo-an said at the end i don’t think the author intended for this to be rape although it might’ve felt like it, i’d say it’s dub-con cuz i can’t tell if he was fine with it the whole time or if he just gave in half way. i do hope woo-won communicates his worries, wants and needs, and such to seo-an instead of relying on sexual pleasures to temporarily relief his stress(he himself already noticed it doesn’t really do much for him), it really makes me sad to see him like this and seo-an just letting him do whatever because he knows woo-won’s going through a lot, despite it being a strain on his body and mind.
I think this is the best way to approach this. Everyone is divided on this; either this was or wasn't rape. I think this scene just might be up to interpretation? (if it makes sense?). But I do think the author might've not intended for it to be rape, just like you said.
i definitely get where youre coming from, it didn’t feel like the author meant for it to be rape, but seo-an just giving in because woowon’s struggling makes this whole chapter uncomfortable. even if it’s not outright nonconsent, its still dub-con at best. i hope the author knows what theyre doing with woowon and how his situation would progress through the story.
I definitely agree with this. This chapter was definitely not meant to be taken lightly. I think dub-con is the best conclusion for this. This author seems to do well (as fsr as I have read) with writing characters (especially with mental illnesses), so I trust that the upcoming chapters will be better with Woowon's situation
