U know as much as I dont want to admit it and go against what u say (this is my favorite manhwa/novel bl after all) I gotta say your damn right. If you read the novel their chemistry was much more vibrant than it was in the main story. I hated the changes in the scene where Yoohan visited the place his bro died. Him and Jay had such a very profound moment when Yoohan INVITED Jay to come to that place that the manhwa really lost it since it was insane rushes. This story shines most if it takes the slow route, not speedrun it.
thanks for your insight! i thought i was losing it based off the number of ppl who disliked this lmao. same! this manhwa is one of my all time favs & i used to wait every 10 days for a single chapter to be posted (religiously at that point lol). many are saying that they're adjusting as a couple after everything, but we are at the side stories stage now. i only hope we'll get another season of side stories but that rarely happens, & i have no doubt they rushed/skipped numerous scenes/details to get to the climax & resolution. i wasn't necessarily expecting a honeymoon phase but give us some good romance with them infatuated with each other! it almost seems like yoohan feels obligated to stay with him instead of purely affection.
idk what it is but for all of that build up, they sure lost their chemistry. idk if it's the expressions or what but it feels off. i'm not saying they need to fuck but damn, the characters from "into the thrill" have way more chemistry than these 2 atm & they barely know each other lol
