It's been awhile since I read this but I believe the novel is tagged with mpreg and people have mentioned there's baby puppies in the extras??? I can be completely wrong tho
In the novel he gets pregnant, but they actually have to go to the doctors for it, so it’s an intentional pregnancy. But it’s much further on and in none of these chapters.
