I think ML wants to prove to MC that they don't need to be named partners to fall in love, as MC has some suspicions of the system. I have no idea what the right timing will be for MC to learn about this, though.
I’m so curious why ML is hiding the fact that MC is a namer and his destined partner. I just hope that MC would not be hurt in the process or he is not doing this because of some nonsense reason
