Really it all depends on who is writing the story. The aspects change with each writer and the only stable part of the ABO world is male omegas can get pregnant. The rest is up to the world/rules the author establishes.
I'm curious about alpha and omega females in the omegaverse setting. Like I head that alpha females have the male genitalia, but they can still get pregnant, so does that mean that they also have their womb in their butt like the male omegas? Since the male omega, female alpha, female omega, and female beta can conceive, I'm just curious about the omega and alpha females.
