I feel stupid for saying this but genuinely the only thing that worked for me was starting gym and exercising moreand also doing volunteer work that helped me improve my socialising skills !! (i'm not saying you should do this obvsly I'm just saying maybe try to engage in things you would usually avoid) But well idk I still like being a loser despite making small changes to my life lol
