It has 3 seasons! The first 2 are on viki but I think you need to have a subscription to watch it, I watched both before it became premium, but im sure you can watch all 3 seasons on kdrama websites
For anyone interested, this manga has a live action adaptation with six episodes. There's no official subs, but a fan group has translated them.
