Without the insider information she also now has to come to reality ie accept that this is her life and is real which is also fucking her up cuz she dissociated so hard she forgot her existence was actually meaningful to the people in her life

Hestia is smart but she is unstable mentally. From the beginning to now, she was coping with her "isekai" so she poured all her thoughts and emotions on Kaelus and it makes him the pillar of her life. She was confident and acted accordingly because she was looking at this world as a novel and from a "God's point of view" since she already lived through it and read the novel. However, this is no longer the case because it is her life now, she has no insider information anymore, hence, she is worried and scared. Her perfect mask that she built to cover her insecurities are cracking.
