(I think it was a manga at least) The main shtick is that the MC can see people’s “horniness” levels as a little bar next to them and he notices his best friend the ML always has his bar super high whenever he sees him (cuz ML is attracted to MC ofc) but he doesn’t know that’s why at first.
He happens to spot ML at a mall with some woman and his horny bar is low and so MC thinks that’s his gf who “satisfied” him but it’s actually his sister and it’s low just because ML wasn’t looking at MC (and he was with family)
