They're just teasing her because they all think she has a little kid crush on him.
The Crown Prince is the ML. He also has silver hair, but he just hasn't shown up yet outside of like the MC telling us the plot of the story.
In the Author's other work section you can see the same comic, but the image has her dancing with a younger looking boy. They both look like tweens in that picture
