I read the raws and yeah it's pretty much the same over all. I can't speak if they add any side stories but the raws are complete and it's a happy ending considering the story lol

Unless they add side stories then atm the finish is 50 chapters.
They shockingly end up pretty happy. The ML is still a possessive criminal but a more high class type lol he also NEVER hits MC anymore. The MC got therapy and proper medication for his mental issues and the two of them are absolutely in love with each other. It may not seem “healthy” but there’s consent and genuine affection between them. They truly saved each other’s lives. That’s enough for me.
And yes this is all canon. I just finished the novel.
