so there's this manga..

i forgot the title and i've been trying to find it.. It's about two students and they're lovers and the guy is cheating on her multiple times and they broke up then years(?) later she found out the guy has cancer(?) argh idk what i know is the guy is seriously ill and was about to d*e he didnt want to see the girl being depressed cause of his death so he broke the girl's heart many times just so she can live her life and forget about him. in the end they got together but the guy died. pls help me find this one
