Unfortunately yes. I skimmed the raws all the way to the newer 20++ chapters. The cover is so misleading why even draw it like that.

Damn my two wants were either big beefy sub bottom ( black hair) or dom bottom and we got neither

I looked through the raws. Grey haired dude is the bottom. He went from being a dom bottom to a sub bottom. They never switch sexual positions.
I'm personally disappointed cause I thought he was a dom bottom. Ah well.
