They mentioned it was unnecessary. There's not much point to this scene other than graphic shock value. Many people see the initial non-con (especially when it's a fucked-up demonic being like Mugo) as something hard to stomach, and when the story finally gets into less rapey, more human territory, there's a sense of relief. That relief is broken apart by this scene. MC being in danger could've been portrayed in so many other ways rather than visually explicit rape. Authors always seem to find excuses to add more and more vivid rape scenes in their work, and some of us wish we could call them out on it so they could start considering literally any other trope alternative.

i get it now loud and clear, though i had to ask again.. how can they- the author, will hear people out here and consider things? this is an illegal website where we are literally robbing the author their works.. How can they "hear us out" on an illegal websites?
If you think about it, we can voice our opinions but we can never ask authors anything about their works if we are coming from here..
I was really liking this until now but damn... This chapter was such a mess. The rape was unnecessary and we already saw Mugo rescuing him like 6 chapters ago so this was just a repeat. The big confession of "I'll burn the word for you" is condensed in a single panel bc the rest of the chapter was just close ups of the rape... Cheap. It just felt so incredibly cheap
