Nok is really meant to die in the first place, in order for him and jaeshin (correctme if the spelling is wrong) to live together in the underworld. So Nok is only dead in the real world but alive in the underworld. So it's like a win-win situation.
That is true, he kinda was supposed to die in the first place but Jae-Shin kept intervening and while that is true, Jae-Shin said that humans don't remember their past life once they get reincarnated (in his experience with his mother), so there's a high chance Lee Nok might not have his memories. But I do remember a scene where Lee Nok got lost in the underworld. Maybe because of this, he'll be able to retain his memories? Honestly, the memory-lost aspect is what is killing me
May he regain his memories if he died, but i just know that if he ever don't regained gis memories, Jaeshin will make him fall in love again. So let's just hope for the better for them
