media literacy ffs

let's state some facts ok I'll make it easy;

Vampire :
Age = 17/18
Parents dead, no home no family no trustworthy relatives
Has a crush on the hyung
Currently living with the hyung

Hyung :
Age= 25 or 28 can't remember but he's older yes
Lives alone, works in a company owned by vampires
Has no crush no romantic interest or sexual interest n the vampire but feels affection enough to let him stay
HE IS STRAIGHT

Conclusion:

No they don't have pseudo family bounds no father/son or brother/hyung relationship (NO CALLING HIM HYUNG DOES NOT MEAN LITERAL BROTHER)
No they're not in any kind of sexual or romantic relationship it's literally not possible
No you're not a bad person for reading this fictional set up
And yes ppl at that age in rl do have crushes on older ppl too that doesn't make the older one a predator ok as long as they don't indulge or groom anyone so in this case IN THIS FICTIONAL ONE there's none of that either

the author is hinting at a time skip and if you still feel uncomfortable with the age gap after he turns out to be 20+ than that's a you problem just move on

We're literally 15+ chapters into this story and some of you still can't stop whining

    it gets on my nerves when people consuming asian media take "ni-chan" or "hyung" seriously when they should know by now that theyre honorary terms and should stop disrespecting it by making it seem weird or morally wrong when its just our culture
