RIGHT?! I was curious about that black tattoo thing (not sure if its really a tattoo or smth) since first chap. Like i wanna know the perspective of other people who have been staying there for so long and also the perspective of mc when he first saw his body like... aren't you even curious what's that huge black thing in both of ml's arm? And not to mention, that stitch like tattoo around his neck!! (? Can't be sure if it's really a tattoo since everything seems suspicious to me until now)...
i think so too!! I think that's probably the reason he has so little memories, because he's like a partial zombie or whatever and has no memories from before he was turned. just a theory atm tho

It was hinted that maybe the did brainwash him but then they said something along the lines that he brought them misfortune so they tried to do something to him so maybe what was shown them trying to unalive him
