Fake guwon what??
That was just a person in the comments who got confused by chp. 13, where after they kiss, Guwon threw up in the toilet and then admired himself in the mirror. The commenter thought someone had taken over his body.
Guwon threw up because he was disgusted by the kissing, as at that time he still didn't fully understand what it meant and why people did it, just like seggs.
It WAS NOT cause Jinwoo was the one who kissed him; rather, he did it BECAUSE Jinwoo wanted too, and as we know, he is a total simp for Jinwoo.
The mirror thing is basically him boasting to himself like scummy heartbreakers that claim they are too handsome whenever they get confronted for messing around, and they take pride in how many women fall at their feet.
The man himself said it, "I wouldn't say no if that's what you want," and "I would do and give anything if u just ask." What did Jinwoo ask for? Kisses, so that's what Guwon gave him, even though he wasn't that into it, even Jinwoo could tell. He even kept it up for 3-4 days before their whole heart-to-heart and Guwon's enlightenment and newfound *cough* 'Vigure' *cough*
