The bad rap comes from puritan culture and dark fantasy writers who don't actually understand bdsm(and shit books like 50 shades of grey). BDSM Involves so much trust and consent between partners that any decent relationship requires a lot of communication and active listening. I've done light play myself and even that needs tons of communication.
thank you, goddess there’s actually someone out there who knows how to communicate. Actually I heard people into BDSM got a bad rap. But they’re actually some of the better communicators out there because you can’t have a relationship like that without communication. They know what they want and they have courage to go for it. I’m actually kinda envious.
