It's Lucio, Diana's older brother and eldest son of the Duke. We see him chapter 1, Ria died in his arms and... To broke us more... It was Jack the shooter. Jack is the one who killed Ria in first life (even if he didn't know it was Ria, he was just doing his job as a guard).
