I don’t think it’s the brother or I at least don’t believe so. The brother isn’t around him enough to know his mannerisms, take his phone, how would even know his password in such a short time. He’s literally wearing the exact thing he wearing in the other panel. The brother also wouldn’t know how far he’s gone with her to just kiss her as soon as she opens the door
