It is like some people have said, in the novel this scene is better explained. As she hasn't been eating or sleeping she was like just blurting things like a drunk, as she wasn't feeling in control of her actions.
As much that after she cuss Helios out she resolute herself to eat and sleep well before she says anything else.
I mean I get it, but it's portrayed in such a shitty and stupid way in the webtoon that it made me question her intelligence on every level.
