I’m pretty sure the nurse hit him out of jealousy or something I don’t think the bruises were from the blonde dragging him.
so far, he’s fainted twice the first time at the end of chap 1& when he was at his place.

So I’m assuming his bruises are from being dragged by his ankles I don’t know, about a nurse hit him but yeah
