am i the only one who got reminded of 1984 (the book by george orwell) while reading this… like some of the parallels weren’t as obvious (i mean idek if its on purpose—probably not) but i’d already been thinking it, just choosing not to put it into words cs i was like oh js speculation but then major kwan dropped the line “mother is always watching” JUST LIKE BIG BROTHER IS ALWAYS WATCHING AUUGH sorry i just had to say something abt it bye now ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
