Yes, he noticed the marks, but I think he ignored them since he's not new to this kind of behavior anyway. He probably thought he just slept with someone else and that’s it.
He seemed to be a little jealous but suppressed it like he usually does
"My brother....My hung" yet you did that to him. Somebody send him to prison NOW! Also, I'm confused, both times he did that abominable act, he left hickeys....how come vice president is yet to connect the dots? And why is our bodyguard not noticing the mark on his thigh?
