I think it's the opposite. In my opinion, Jihyuk wouldn't care at all, but she would probably feel really guilty. I can totally see them going through a breakup Arc over it. But it better be a short one that only lasts three chapters at most. But either way he's way too in love with her for this to change anything about his feelings for her.
