Yes no.. this is hermaphrodite which doesn't exist in humans naturally but does exist, intersex people cant have 2 working different sex organs or their infertile
Intersex has many variables, one of them is having a different external organ than your internal organ. The only untrue thing is that most of the time they are infertile, be it a problem in their testicles or uterus BUT it is technically not impossible
I’ve read this a while ago and thou it was an omegaverse so i kept it marinating for the meantime cause it was cute and all and its been a while since i saw a cute “omegaverse”…BUT IT ACTUALLY ISN’T????
