Usually I don't care if characters I like stay stagnant, especially in BL because rarely a change in personality is done well. BUT I find this fascinating that Amane is making a breakthrough. Him being afraid of Rindo's death, rather than wishing for the death of a 'loved one' so they can stay theirs forever is an honest step forward. It's nice to see him move from a stalker mentality to a healthy one.
While this story is still hella silly, I do find Amane's change believable. I think he might actually develop into a healthier person because of Rindo <3
